A new bridge was built over the Danube at Háros, which serves as the right carriageway of the M0 motorway. The river bridge is a continuous three-span beam bridge with a one-cell box cross section, inclined webs and orthotropic deck. The bridges over the floodplain are three-span continuous composite structures. The steel box is identical to that of the river bridge, but the deck is made of RC.
Our company designed the superstructure of the main and flood-zone bridges, including the construction technology. The preassembled elements were incrementally launched to reach their final position.
