The new Bridge of the M7 Motorway over the Sió-Channel was built in 2001-2002 as a part of the new right carriageway. The type of the bridge is identical with the existing left carriageway bridge built in the late sixties. The three span continuous R.C. beam has a three-cell box section with increasing depth towards the piers. Within the scope of the project the left carriageway bridge has been reconstructed as well. The horizontal alignment of the bridge is straight, the road profile has a grade of 0,3%.
